Forever 17 is dedicated to providing a safe, structured, and supportive sober living environment for individuals in recovery. Our mission is to turn pain into purpose by helping residents rebuild their lives with dignity, accountability, and hope. Helping them get back on their feet, the right way living like you’re 17. We believe in second chances, in teaching responsibility, and in fostering personal growth through community, respect, and compassion. In honor of daughter, TyReAna Scales who passed away at 17 due to a drunk driver, this is turning pain into purpose. This home is built on love, healing, empathy, and the belief that recovery is possible for everyone.

What Do We Offer
Our Story
Forever 17 was created in loving memory of TyReAna Scales, who tragically lost her life at just 17 years old due to a drunk driver.
After losing my daughter, grief changed everything. In the quiet moments of loss and reflection, I began asking myself what purpose could come from such pain. I had spent years building stability for my child and when she was gone, I knew I still had something meaningful to give.
Through moments of prayer, reflection, and signs that felt impossible to ignore, it became clear that Forever 17 was meant to be more than an idea. It was meant to be a place of healing, structure, and second chances built with love, compassion, and accountability.
TyReAna used to say she wanted to be a kid forever. She believed in joy, freedom, and the beauty of growing without losing yourself. That belief lives on through Forever 17 a place where people are given the chance to slow down, learn again, and rebuild their lives with care and guidance, like being given their youth back one last time.
Forever 17 is not just a sober living home. It is a safe space where individuals can rebuild their lives,
rediscover themselves, and move forward with hope carrying the same freedom, growth, and possibility as being 17 again.
